Boynton Stay

Beautiful place nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped the only thing that would have been nice is to have had beach towels or chairs and small umbrella for the beach trips, as most guests wouldn’t have the room to travel with these.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The place was clean and as described. It had all the essentials we needed and was in a quiet location. The host was easy and quick to communicate with when we had questions and we would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation destination!!!

Karen, the homeowner, was great to communicate with! The house looked brand new! There were a lot of fun things to do close to the house, such as a local, art museum and multiple nice restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with the beach only 10 minutes away. We highly suggest booking a couples vacation here!

Lovely and Comfortable Little Apartment

This apartment couldn't have been more perfect for my husband's and my 6-night stay in West Palm Beach. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this comfortable space - with a sweet little enclosed side yard - provided a lovely respite at the end of each day. Close-by (walkable) are good Dominican and Cuban restaurants. Karen was a wonderful host and responded within minutes the several times we contacted her. Next time we're back in WPB, we will certainly rent from her!

Cozy, clean, and convenient.

Pros: My husband and I had a lovely stay at this cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated 1 bdrm, 1 bath property. Also, Karen was very prompt to respond when the Keurig wouldn't operate. She ordered a replacement, and it was on the doorstep when we returned from dinner. Everytime I contacted her, she was very expedient to reply, it was much appreciated. We weren't used to sleeping in a double bed, but it was comfortable. I did not know it when I booked the place, but it ended up being only 9 min from our son, DIL, and 2 Grandkids, so very convenientally located for us. It was also a quiet area we felt very safe in. Cons: We were uncomfortable with the window in the shower and no blind on it. It appeared to be tinted, but when I went outside I could still see inside. I was told windows in showers is a Florida thing? I don't know, we live in Alaska. I totally understand having a doorbell camera, but there were two other camera's in the small fenced in yard. One appeared to point at the sliding glass doors, so we were not comfortable opening the blinds (to let more light in) for fear of camera being able to see inside, and invade our privacy. Other than that, I still give this place 5 stars for ALL of the positives. Thank you Karen Sharon and David Anchorage, AK

Long Weekend in Palm Beach

My husband and I absolutely loved Karen's place - it was centrally located in West Palm and allowed us to explore all over Palm Beacb County. Very nice condo, perfect for the two of us, and very modern with beautiful decorations! It was perfect. Would stay again for sure!

College Move I

My daughter and I were so pleased to be able to stay here. It was just 3 miles from her college and made it so convenient. We had a few problems. However, Karen was on top of the communication and helped us promptly. A thoroughly pleasant stay and get away for me as I settled my daughter.
