A lovely full house located in the Grandview Heights Historic District of West Palm Beach with many of the amenities you would find at home. It is an ideally located with walking distance to several fun activities, including CityPlace (e.g. restaurants, bars, movie theater, Publix grocery store, boutique shops), Norton Museum of Art, Kravis Center, Palm Beach Convention Center, Palm Beach Atlantic College, Intercostal Waterway, and the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

The décor will remind you how close you are to the beach - the town of Palm Beach with the Clock Tower, shopping on Worth Avenue, and where the beach on the Atlantic Ocean beckons is less than 3 miles away! There are three bedrooms (2 queen sized beds in 2 bedrooms, one sofa bed in a bedroom and one sofa bed in living room). Guests can relax outside in a large entertaining area or they can create tasty new treats on the barbecue, all in a fully fenced yard. Perfect location to explore the charming tree lined area on bicycles or just read a book and soak up the Florida sunshine. You are located only blocks from Antique row. Children can enjoy Howard Park (only a few blocks away) and pets can enjoy the dog park too. West Palm Beach has much to offer travelers since there are entertainment and social events year round. Good Accommodations in a Great Neighborhood

The house was tidy and spacious for 2 adult friends. Nicely updated with good amenities: soaps, tidepods, great towels, lots of Smart TVs. Bikes to enjoy a ride around the beautiful neighborhood or a trip to ‘the Island’ and the beach were such a treat. My only thought to improve the property would be to make the backyard area more appealing and remove some of the bulky furniture in the place. I also wondered about the maintenance of one of the ACs. I would stay here again. Owner was kind enough to extend my original stay.

Great place with easy walk to downtown

Great stay at the property. Andrew is very helpful and responsive. Obviously knows the area well. The house was comfortable, clean, and has an amazing location. Backyard is perfect to sit out in with an umbrella and enjoy a drink.

Nice place to vacation.

The house is small but very nice. Beds, furnishings, appliances, bath, interior, etc are all hi quality. Plenty of supplies. Quiet neighborhood.
