Very minimal. Front desk answered the phone once out of 4 calls. Staff was friendly during interactions. Beds were clean. Rooms definitely did not have a cozy feel. The room appeared to have been around the block a time or two. Grab and go breakfast was original flavor oatmeal and muffins, coffee and tea, hot chocolate packets. Pool was locked. No where to sit outside.

This was our best option for last minute travel and on a budget. After purchasing brunch items, our stove was not working. Staff were quick and efficient in rectifying the problem. I'll definitely recomed Extended Stay Am Suites. Excellent staff, very clean and budget friendly

Overall, our stay was ok. The hallways had a bad odor every time we walked through, our room smelled horrible of smoke even though it’s supposed to be no smoking. And lastly, there were little black hairs all over the bathroom. The beds were fine and looked clean along with everything else. It just appeared that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We reserved our room several months ago and had not been contacted by the property but when we checked in, we were given a different price to pay along with a different room we did not choose. The new price was about $65 more than what I was told. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would have notified us of the change. I will say, the lady did talk to her manager about the situation and agreed to give us a refund so that was nice. Staff were very friendly but not the cleanest place.

We only stayed for 1 night for a quick night's rest. The hotel was average, nothing special. The staff were really friendly and professional. The room was not super clean but clean. The water pressure in the shower was not good but again, we were there for a night. My one real review for this hotel was that the beds were not comfortable and I am heavy set. It was a spring mattress with little cushion. Also, there were no dishes or utensils or anything in the kitchen. Otherwise, for a one night stay, it was fine.

No breakfast as advertised. Drink vending machine out of order. Water pressure was terrible. Mattress was lumpy. Final straw was ac roach in the corner of the ceiling. I complained to front desk & she just said "ok, I'll let maintenence know to call pest control. "

What was good. The room got nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. What was not great. Their idea of breakfast included is dry prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal...thats it. I get there is a kitchen but wow. All the kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. you have to ask for. So if you needed a cup all of a sudden, forget it. We used the pull out couch...good thing we brought blankets because all they could supply us with was sheets. Not to mention the hallway smelled like pot. Won't stay there again.

I love the fact that (a) to get to your room, you have to enter through either the hotel lobby or side doors. (b) there was an elevator on property (c) the handicap ground floor rooms are very large. (d) there is a washroom on the ground floor next to the lobby. (e) there is a gym on the ground floor next to the lobby. The hotel is close to I95 and fast food restaurants. I travel either solo or with my retired mom so one thing I did not like (and I know it's not the hotel's fault) is the fact that some of the guests looked suspicious which was made me feel a bit uncomfortable. For example, the first day we arrived for our three days stay, guests in two different cars sat and literally stared as we unpacked our van and headed to our room. We also didn't see any security guard throughout our stay, but we did keep in contact with the front desk agents who were very pleasant and helpful.

Cheap but not recommended

It was a low cost trip to visit Juno beach, FL for spring break. The staff were very friendly and courteous but the hotel itself is in need of much needed repairs. Walking into the lobby the smells of fish and cooking are very strong. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom sink was damaged and stained with a dark dye and there was no exhaust system so there is noticeable mold damage that may have been just painted over but was creeping back out. The room gets humid after every shower even with low heat water. The lighting in the room is so dark and overall unappealing aspect at some point we worried about roaches but thankfully there were none. There were stains in the carpet and it looked unkept. It was an affordable two night stay but never again. This location needs some extra care.

While front desk was really nice all around, the cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. Beds and linens were clean which is the most important to me. I stayed for 5 days and paid in advance so cancellation and refund was not an option since I booked through Expedia. Price for West Palm Beach was the best compared to other areas and places, however still over priced in my opinion. I did have to purchase my own Lysol wipes and Fabreeze freshener because the room smelled muggy and moldy. The air conditioners definitely need some cleaning. After I freshened up my own room I was more comfortable. Cooking stove and refrigerator worked as it should. The cleaning staff can definitely do much much better in cleaning because they do the bare minimum. I did find a few live roaches, but we are in florida. The only place i saw them was in the bathroom at night time. I just kept the light on the whole night and I stopped seeing them 😖. Everything overall needs updated and attention.
