Guests have private access to the entire home and full outdoor amenities areas well as free high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, access to a washer and dryer, and access to streaming apps on the 4k smart TVs in each room.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, please take account our quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. West Palm Beach & Lake Clarke Shores, Florida has a noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am, and law enforcement will be contacted.

Public Lake Access available 5mins away from the property. Pickleball Court, Tennis and others also available by nearby Park.

All amenities are private and within the fully fenced backyard.

Guests are not permitted to enter neighboring properties.

Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property, swimming pools, and common areas. they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler.

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests find it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.

The pet fee is $100 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets allowed. Pets will need to be potty trained to avoid additional charges.

This is located in the highly sought-after lakefront community of Lake Clarke Shores. This is a small nit community that has it's own fire department, police station and city hall. Super friendly neighborhood!

- Absolutely No Parties / No Events at the property. This is a quiet friendly neighborhood, with local police station/city hall 10mins away.

- Quiet hours: The retreat sits in a residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm–9 am; a local ordinance prohibits excessive noise after 10 pm.

- Safety: Supervise children around the pool, hot tub, cold plunge and fire pit. No glass in the pool area. Please close and latch all pool gates.

- Outdoor etiquette: Public lake access is 5 minutes away for kayaking or fishing. Parks with tennis, pickleball courts and bike paths are nearby.
