This house was SO CUTE. I loved that the home was historical. The host stocked it with everything you would ever need. We loved coming back to comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and a pool to dip your feet in. Highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located nicely between the West Palm beach downtown and also Rivera Beach/Singer Island. Very cozy and quaint place located in a nice quiet neighborhood. If ever coming back to this area, we will definitely try to stay at this VRBO listing again.

Overall, the home was charming and quaint. Easy to get to and park. The home has a great mix of original rustic feel with upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. Home was very clean and had right amount of dishes, basics and a few extras to keep us comfortable. One call out is the furniture in the living areas has changed. Not modern like the pictures, in fact quite older. There was a musty smell entering the home but would subside a bit once the AC was going. Also, someone came to trim trees in back yard on Sunday morning before 8a. Noise woke us up.

Perfect WPB stay

My colleague and I traveled into town to photograph a wedding in Jupiter FL. I wanted a place that would offer us each our own bedroom and bathroom and space to unwind. The pool sealed the deal. Ferney and his wife were so kind, communicative and helpful. The spaces were clean and comfortable. Sweet Getaway in a lovely historic, West Palm neighborhood

Beautiful house in a quaint neighborhood. There are 2 other tiny houses on the property where other guests were staying and we shared the outdoor spaces. We happened to enjoy those guests-so we had a laughing good time with them:)) Ferney (owner) was wonderful! He responded promptly to my texts. Issues were small and not even worth mentioning. I highly recommend!

Beautiful property!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay in West Palm. This property is close to Palm Beach Atlantic University where our daughter goes to college. Old world charm, this house has so much character. But the back yard is the best part! So many beautiful trees and plants around the pool made it a beautiful oasis for us to relax and enjoy our time away. We will definitely be back when we visit our daughter again. ♥️

This is a 1930-era, white stucco, red tiled roof bungalow (at one point a former school) with a pool and beautifully landscaped grounds in a quiet, historic neighborhood north of downtown West Palm Beach. There is plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small den. The place has lots of character and is well-maintained. Being in a residential area, is a bit of a walk from the home to anything commercial such as restaurants, so one should plan to have a car or to Uber to most places. The (remote) host was quick to respond to questions. Recommended!

My two friends and I rented this property for a mama getaway trip. We all travel regularly and stayed in many rentals. First, the listing doesn’t state clearly that the property is shared with a cottage. The pool and backyard is shared by all tenants. We were aware of this after digging a bit in the reviews before we came. Overall, the property is very nice and clean. Unfortunately, we had bad luck as the cottage was rented by younger men who smoked pot and seemed upset that they were not in the house. Our first night was horrible as we returned from dinner to find around 20 people, mostly men partying by the pool. We were quite unsettled and flat out scared, as there was drinking and pot involved. We considered calling the owner, but were afraid that we would not be safe if he told them to leave. We barely slept and they partied till 4:30am. We were relieved when we came back from the beach the next day and saw new tenants.. They shared that they spoke to the owner about their room, which is when we decided to call as well. The owner was initially helpful. He told us that there is a co-host living by the property, but I have no idea how he would not hear what was going on. My friend tried to negotiate some sort of compensation for the first night, which at first was acknowledged. The owner refunded us $50 but as we tried to negotiate it further he accused us of trying to “squeeze him” and reported my friend giving her a bad review. Beware of this listing!

We had such an amazing stay here. The architecture and charm of the property completely won us over. It has so much character, but still feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.The house was incredibly well stocked. Every little thing we needed was already there, which made the whole trip feel effortless. You can tell the host truly cares about the guest experience. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.One of our favorite parts was getting to meet the other guests staying in the cottages. It added such a fun, welcoming vibe to the stay.Everything about this place felt easy and special.
