Quiet 2 bedroom duplex apartment in historic neighborhood, near City and Beach.

Approximately 800sf, 2 bedroom apartment (front half of duplex). Sleeps 5 average adults with one king bed and one full bed with a twin trundle that slides out. Updated bathroom, new floors, fairly outdated kitchen with all new appliances and cookware. Washer and dryer in the utility room next to the kitchen. Small kitchen table with seating for 4. Living room includes one couch and one love seat that seats 5 adults comfortably. This is comfortable apartment, but the exterior needs some attention, especially when compared to the beautifully renovated neighbors.

Great location within the Old Northwood historic neighborhood, one block from shops and dining options, and walking distance to Currie Park on the Intracoastal waterway. Just a few minutes outside downtown WPB, The Square (CityPlace), and near the island of Palm Beach (The Breakers hotel, Worth Ave, etc.).
