This was perfect for my family weekend trip. The place was clean, quiet, and close to lots of free attractions for kids. I definitely recommend this place to others. The only problem is the parking. The lot is really small and you'd have to park on the street if you don't pay to reserve a spot on the lot.

I was charged a 100.00 "property fee" at checkout on Expedia. Then they demanded a 150.00 deposit before I could get the code to the door. The neighborhood is bad. But, the hotel was very nice and updated! Clean, boutique hotel. Very nice.

Stayed the night before our cruise things I was only a mile and a half from the port and was very pleased with this place. The pictures did not do it justice. I have stayed at many places where they use stock photos or a showroom this was not our room looked exactly like the pictures. I contacted the property the day before just because I had never used a place where there wasn't front desk on site, and they were extremely helpful on the phone and even sent me all the codes to get into my room the day before as well as an hour before my scheduled check-in time. I would highly recommend this place

Clean. Basic. Comfortable. Value for the price. Much better now that they have added blackout curtains. (So, someone was listening to suggestions! Thank you!) Do your check-in in advance. Much easier process than doing to any back and forth when you arrive. Not in a greatest neighborhood, but I’ve never felt unsafe … even if I have to park around the corner.

It smelled like clean house as soon as we walked in, the water pressure on the shower was one of the best things about the stay. The only issue they have is the parking, if you plan on arriving late at night you won't have a spot and will have to park on the street (not recommended due to the surroundings). But other than that, we had a great time!

Quiet. Clean. I stayed in the 1 bedroom. It was very big. The sofa was nice. Full kitchen with hot plate. Wifi. Self check in which was super easy. Slippers for after the shower. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Plenty of towels. Great stay.

the place was amazing for the week we were there. i loved how open the signature room was. having our own place to cook meals was nice so we didn’t have to get food every night. the only thing that was hard to get was a parking spot due to small parking lot, but had a spot for you if the lot was full! totally would go back to this place if we were to go back!

Outstanding! Our 2 bedroom accomodations were fantastic. Located less than a mile from restaurant areas and short uber ride to the cruise port. Room was completely renovated. Very clean. Staff was very on top of things. We requested coffee pods and they were at our door in minutes with a fresh supply. Check in and out was very easy. Looking forward to staying here again in October when we go on our next cruise.
