The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places.

Front desk (Sophie) was rude very unfriendly and very unhelpful.. which was a shame as the hotel is really lovely but her off handed manner spoilt it. We knew we were a little early and our room wasn't ready which we totally understood but when asked at what time would be convenient to check back ...

The parking for the property was aweful. No room at all and was charged 22 bucks for it. But the rest was pretty good. I guess the frosted shower door to the bathroom being in the middle of the room made me feel as if I were on display while showering as well.
