"The stay was a part of my Spouses 60th Birthday Celebration. So as much as I wanted it to be an "Over the Top Experience" for her and it was,I felt that the entire Staff at the Mediterranean played an excellent supporting roll."

"This was an excellent choice of hotel for us. We were able to walk around and enjoy the area and the hotel was clean, roomy, and friendly!"

"I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful stay and very comfortable. Home was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There were lots of nice touches throughout, including a nice welcome card and thorough home/neighborhood informational guide. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops."

"Pros- clean, cheap and in a decent area. Host was pretty responsive , and the check in link/break down was cute. Cons- There was no electricity when I arrived. I work in Seattle and drove 3hrs here, so I had a 5pm check in instead of 3pm. When I got there I hadn't even taken all my stuff in when I realized there was no electricity. I always take "check in" and "check out" videos. After seeing the power problem, I took a video for that. Immediately messaged Vince and he asked if I had used multiple appliances. I didnt even have all my bags in lol. He did try to fix it and call maintenance. Unfortunately Maint was out and I was requested to flip the breaker myself. I didn't feel comfortable and called VRBO because I dont want to mess anything up or disturb other renters. I made it very known I thought this was a wild request. After 2 VRBO supervisors I was offered some VRBO credit, but was still w/o power for 3.5hrs. I did flip the breaker because I need electricity, but Im still not excited about it. The rest of the stay was fairly smooth. Small cons- neighbor did weird stuff with the bath all night multiple times every night? And ice? So much ice? My mind was WANDERING about what he was doing lolHS next to unit has parking lot but of course the kids and parents WILL take street parking and try to illegally park, blocking you in. All in all, not bad. The electricity thing was wild, though."

"The room was beautiful and clean! Adorable little building. We got a room with a bathroom and it a view of the main street. The only thing I can think of is that there should be better direction on where to check in and park. You have to check in at the Ballard hotel to get the key to the Ballard Inn. It was easy once we figured that part out. It was a great stay. Bed was comfy as well. Will definitely stay again!"
