"Staff was amazing. I had 4 rooms. 3 were good. 1 had stains on the sheets and duct tape on the matress."

"Hotel was disgusting rugs very dirty going to the rooms, first room we got no fire detector hooked up, found part of it in a drawer outdated (2012), they then gave us another room, door chain lock did not work, plug in bathroom sink broke, then get ready for bed and found 2 stink bugs just above the bed and another one on a different wall. Needless to say we were not a happy customer , I reported this to the girl on our way out, and she told me she wasn’t surprised, that other customers complain of the same issues, and nothing was ever done about it. Also upon arrival desk clerk standing outside entrance smoking with others, only time she seemed to go to counter was when a customer arrived. I cannot believe Hotels.com associates with hotels like this one!! "

"Was disappointed with our stay! Cabin was nice, but, no place near to kayak. Holes in towel, stone drive in front of cabin not good! ATVs running at all times of day. Heavily traveled by cars also. Dust everywhere. Couldn't even sit on porch."

"Cabin was very clean and already warmed up for us. Everything was all set for us to check in and the check out process was clear. Beautiful location."

"It’s a beautiful place and it was perfect for a little getaway with my boyfriend! It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. If you want to use the dishwasher you will need to bring your own pods. There is another cabin fairly close to this one and within view of the fire pit/hot tub area. The only small complaints that I had were that the refrigerator is noisy and it could be heard in the bedrooms, also the coffee table is a bit wobbly. Those weren’t big issues for us, but should be noted. "
