My check-in experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I arrived, the staff initially assigned me to Room 1215, which was a windowless room. A completely windowless hotel room was surprising and concerning to me, especially since something like this would not even be permitted by code in my hometown. After raising my concerns, the staff reassigned me to Room 1019, which thankfully had a window. However, that room did not have a refrigerator, which I specifically need because I have medication that must remain refrigerated. The staff then showed me Room 210, which had both a window and a refrigerator. Compared to the first two rooms, it was perfect and met my basic needs. However, approximately five minutes after showing me the room—while it was clearly empty—I was told that it was suddenly “not available.” Instead, I was placed in Room 204. This room also did not have a refrigerator, but the staff assured me they would bring one to the room. When I got into the room, I discovered that it only had two accessible electrical outlets. To make matters worse, the refrigerator they eventually brought me did not work. What should have been a simple hotel check-in turned into being moved from room to room while trying to find basic accommodations: a window, a working refrigerator for medically necessary medication storage, and adequate electrical outlets.

the hotel is beautiful and classic. The room was clean and spacious. But what made the stay special was the staff. So helpful and friendly - so nice to see staff with such pride in their work.

Parking being extra was a bit ridiculous
