This is a shady place with a lot of hassle while checkin. Its not safe at all. Feels like a cheap motel where you can easily be robbed or harmed. No room service (including cleaning of your room, trash bin) if you aren’t staying for more than 4 days. No hot water in the sink. Rooms were cold during my stay in Winter season, heating wasn’t adequate. There was big black bugs on mattress, pillow. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The gentleman at the desk was awesome. The place was clean and bed comfortable. If I had to complain about something it would be the hot water. It took forever to get hot and no in room microwave. I am looking forward to my next stay here.

Room clean, website still had hot tub available but when I got there I was informed otherwise and the person at the front desk made sure the discrepency was added to a email after the fact. They may want to change the doors between rooms as I had to listen the person in the next room till 10:00 pm discussing family problems.

A little gem
This cute little hotel was a treat. We had been staying in a Marriott in Boston and decided to visit the Cape on the weekend. Our expectations weren't very high, this hotel was a surprise. It is older but lovingly maintained with fresh paint, hanging flower baskets, and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn't love was the piped in loud music at the outdoor pool (which no one was using, it was October) but it couldn't be heard once we were in our room. Would visit again.

Nothing particularly unique. We were very distressed by the fact that they are not doing housekeeping. We were scheduled to be there 5 days, and it would have gotten pretty rank by the time we checked out. We wound up only staying 3 days because of a family emergency at home.

Happy Days Are Here Again
Excellent technology great beds new and comfortable with a really clean bathroom and the other room. The pool and hot tub were very clean and great warm water in the pool. Whirlpool was so relaxing. The view of the bay was beautiful and fun. The staff members were pleasant and hard working. It was a very safe and stress free stay. A wonderful place for young and old people.
