"We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. The only complaint we have is the sink nasal spraying everywhere, which seemed to only be a water pressure issue, so no big deal at all. The host was very communicative for our upcoming trip. "I loved that the hosts live nearby and responded quickly when we needed anything. Having a washer and dryer onsite is great for longer stays. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. Highly recommend this property."

"The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

"Everything was great. One small suggestion it would be helpful to have a small binder in the house with info regarding Wi-Fi, Instructions on how to use TVs, and check in check out policies, ie trash day pick up. But great place to stay and would rent this house again. Yard was perfect too! Thank you"

"King suite came with flatware, plates, bowls, and cups for 2. They have packages one can purchase for the stay, but bringing your own would be worth the investment if possible. There is no oven and the stove top is 2 small burners close together. You cannot cook with 2 pans over 9". Trash bags are weak and tear easily. Ice machine was broken for the majority of our stay and there was no remediation offered. Ice trays would have been gladly accepted in this instance. "
