Westbury Manor Museum

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with us. Never having been in Southhampton, or much in the UK, we were a little high maintenance. Thank you all. You made it easy.

The hotel has been revamped from its holiday inn days and benefits by being a prime location for cruise passengers. However, the following issues are what I experienced or found during my 2 day stay. The fridge in the room didnt work (a message from Expedia was sent to the hotel manager I believe but no action was taken). The AC unit didnt supply any heat. The bar only took card payments and you couldn't book anything to the room. Check in was slow due to a 'new system' being implemented. The new restaurant is not to my liking and the menu does not have enough choice unless you like seafood. All in all a disappointing stay but will probabluy use again mainly due to its location.
