" Very haphazard room layout. Sprawling building and room numbering makes little sense. Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case. When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."

"The WiFi is not good. I had to use my phone to create a hotspot. I didn't have a room that was very far out in the hotel, so was very surprised by this. I have stayed here several times and it has happened before. "

"Check in was friendly and helpful. Our room on lower floor was a little noisy, so would suggest requesting an upper level. Small issue. Room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable. Close to all sites, shops and restaurants. Really good."

Room was clean with good size bed, bathroom was great with big walk in shower. Fridge, but no tea making facilities. Good variety of food for breakfast."
