"This cottage serve our purpose by providing 3 bedroomd. Our CG cadets enjoyed fixing a dinner in the kitchen and playing the guitars. The location offered a safe environment and we we're only about 25 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. However, if you wanted to increase rentals then the owner might consider these additional improvement. 1) Remove the couch and chair from the living room and replace it with the couch and chair in the back room. 2) Scrape the bathroom ceiling and paint it.3) Get new silverware and new linens for the bathroom and bedrooms.4) Remove personal items and pictures from the closets and coffee table. 5) Purchase new blinds."

This was our first time staying in Westerly and the house is a perfect, centralized spot to get to restaurants, local stores and beaches. The town of Westerly is adorable w lots of great restaurants.
