"The room was pretty clean. No signs of bugs. No bad smells in the lobby hallways or room. There was hot water and plenty of it, great water pressure in the shower. I’m about 6 feet tall in the showerhead was too low, which is a problem in pretty much every hotel so no surprise there. I stayed on a Wednesday night and the entire hotel was very quiet. I think the walls were thin because I woke up in the middle of the night and heard someone snoring, but I didn’t hear footsteps, kids, or even a TV running. The mattresses were comfortable"

"What a great discovery for visits to the Iowa Great Lakes! The room and entire property were exceptionally clean, with great amenities like fire pits and corn hole games for guest use and tables outside each room with checkers sets for great evening lounging. The staff were nice kind and welcoming and management was available, attentive and also very kind. This place lives up to the “Iowa nice” reputation of the region. The location is also excellent—central to the entire Lakes area. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay."
