"This was the worst experience that I have had with a vacation stay, I DO NOT recommend. When I arrived for check in, the staff was just putting the finishing touches on "cleaning" my room. I left and came back - when I entered, it smelled nicely and was cute, I even texted the host that I loved the room and that is smelled nice. "Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

He said he would discuss it with the only people that were within a mile of the property and ask them to not do fireworks. They did fireworks and they were only 50 yards from us!! The Paramount Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Location - amazing. Size of the rooms - incredible. Views - the best. Staff - awesome. Would love to stay here again! My ONLY complaints - we were on 7th floor, sign said ice was on 8th floor. Go up there to an out of order sign, so head to 5th floor where it says there's also ice - turns out it also didn't work, but no sign. So had to wait for an elevator to go the 11th floor, and these are easily the slowest elevators I've ever used, and hallways were SO HOT, like the heat was literally on during an 85 degree day. The irony of being desperate for ice and trapped on floors and in elevators that were baking hot 😂"

"I've stayed at The River Inn a few times. I go twice a year for a convention. I like the fact it's only 1 block off the main street and walking distance to many shops and eateries. I think the price is good for what you get. It is clean, the people are friendly, the price is right and they have an adequate breakfast."

"Our room has been updated and was wonderful & comfortable. However, the " wood" floors were not cleaned for awhile! My white socks were filthy. Great hot breakfast! Don't miss it! Pool, hot tub and area looked well cared for. Only 7 min. drive to airport but a shot of country around it. Hall carpet has some stains and outdoor " smoking " & relaxing gazebo could be cleaned up better & more attractive for all. Bottom line, I'd still stay here again."

"Our stay at Surftides was wonderful, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautifully decorated in a nautical theme and was clean and inviting. The room was well appointed with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They even supplied real coffee mugs rather than paper cups. The mugs are hand made and we were able to purchase one from the front desk as a souvenir of our stay. The view from our room was amazing and we had easy access to the beach. Lots of parking close to our room. We ate at the on site restaurant and the meal was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Asked for room 221 in advance did not get it. The room we got had a poor view was smaller.TV nearly fell off the table didn't fit could not turn it left or right.also was all Dusty could have been cleaner no silverware ln the room was stuck using plastic utensils no dish soap ect.not the 5 star severice we have gotten there in the past! "
