Super friendly staff, very forthcoming Big rooms and a great great gym

The staff at the Westin were Fantastic very accommodating and friendly. The Housekeeping staff Mr.Deepak was great he would clean our room very well and leave some fresh flower's in our room so the room would smell good everytime we entered it. The Breakfast and in room dining is something You Should Not Miss. Overall stay was Fabulous would come back again.

Our 3 nights stay was fabulous. All the staff right from the check in to housekeeping to F&B were simply superb. They always looked for opportunities to please us and managed to do so successfully. The only drawback of our stay was the repair works of the road right outside the hotel which made it very inconvenient for us to reach the hotel. We had to get down some 100mts ahead of the hotel and walk with our heavy bags. A heads up from the property would have been appreciated.

Great place. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was clean and we had good view of the beach. The buffet spread for breakfast was incredible. Enjoyed our stay.

This was fabulous stay as we were ideally placed close to all amenities, Even the Dubai Shopping Festival was going on at the same time so the block behind the hotel was a buzz with activities and stalls. Close to Deira City Centre, Metro and the in house tour coordinator was brilliant. Only down side was the lack of free WiFi in the rooms and the need to remind the front desk that we were three people staying and needed the extra toiletries and towels (but that is me being too strict in judging...

Very courteous staff. Check in was efficient and I very much appreciated the early checkin. The only complaint would be the cold and unfriendly service from the staff at the Boulevard. It felt like they were clearing out from right under you before you had completed your meal. Service from Harshad at Vindhyas was outstanding.
