"This is a small apartment. Fully set up for a stay, including cooking, washer dryer, small refrigerator. All direction for use is in Japanese. Easy walk to Kokubunji train station. Lots of good shopping. Small convenience st I re close by. Unless you are comfortable with dealing with ll anguage issues in the apartment, I would suggest a "regular" hotel."

"This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "We really enjoyed our stay and the area surrounding our accommodation. The building even had a great bar and one of the best clothing stores around the area."

"Owner communicated really well which made the stay a lot more easier. Cool little apartment and definitely worth it for the price. Walls are a little thin, but we had really respectable neighbors, so there was little to no noise. Mattresses are a little thin, but then again it didn’t really bother me or my friends. There was also a cool little food street not to far from it and had a lot of good food, especially Trete which was a pasta place. Overall had a really enjoyable time, would stay here...

"Location was terrific, very handy for station. Property was extremely small though, really should be described as a room. Bathroom was so small as to be very uncomfortable to use. Overall the property was dusty, had not been cleaned recently and there were no sheets for the loft bed."

"We had a very good time there. The apartment is clean, nice, confortable and calm. Not far from the train station (around 10 min walk) to go to Shibuya. Our host was reactive and carying. We recommend!"

"The ground floor apartment was just meters to some of Shimokitazawa’s famed vintage stores but tucked away in a quiet spot. Easy walk to the station servicing both the Inokashira and Odakyu lines so easy access the Shibuya, Shinjuku and beyond. Host Mary was most helpful and communication in English was easy. We would stay here again."
