Hampton Home - Private Beach, Pool & Deck Near Wine Trail!
- Welcome to the listing for our beautiful family beach house! Our home is perfect for whether you want to relax on our own private beach (right outside our back door), lounge by the pool or on the deck, visit the local village, or explore the local surroundings.
We are just a few minutes away from downtown Westhampton Beach and close to dozens of wineries in the North Fork. We love it here and we hope you do too!
The space:
Location, location, location! This airy modern home is right on one acre of ocean front. If the beach is not for you, the pool, private deck with hammocks and seating areas, sun-drenched living spaces and bedrooms will definitely do the trick!
Guest access:
The first and second floors, the pool & deck areas are wheelchair accessible. Four bedrooms, kitchen, three full bathrooms, two living areas (upstairs and downstairs), and two dining spaces. Generous parking in front.
Other things to note:
Our lovely home does not currently have central air conditioning but we have added brand new A/C units in each of the four bedrooms.
