Westhampton Oasis w/ Pool, Tennis & Guest House
This one level Westhampton contemporary with four bedrooms and three bathrooms is located down a private driveway in this cul-de-sac community. Swim in the heated pool after playing tennis on the har-tru court, or relax in the hot tub before sunning yourself on the expansive deck. There is even an outdoor shower! This house is ideal as a vacation home or as a year-round residence. Attached two bedroom/one bathroom accessory apartment with CAC, its own basement and utilities is an added bonus.
One story house with a separate 2 bedroom guest house on property with it’s own kitchen makes this home the perfect vacation home for families & friends. We also updated the interior decor to be much more modern than the photos. All bedding is white.
There’s 4 bedrooms (1 is currently an office) & 3 bathrooms in main house. Guest house has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and it’s own kitchen & basement w/ a ping pong table.
