"Negative experience with security. They were very slow to respond to loud jumping upstairs at 630 am. He was very unprofessional and condescending. They had very minimal celiac friendly food options and staff was not well trained. We had to order out a bunch. Overall it was not what we thought staying at the Westin would be. We won’t be going back. "

"This was one of the worst stays our family has experienced. Staff is very aggressive and they become defensive when you bring up issues instead of helping. They will do shady things to try and keep your money instead of rectifying issues. The front desk staff is very hostile. Scary place to stay. The room was not clean but that was the least of our worries. The staff will also enter your room even if you tell them not to. This is a violation of privacy and local penal codes. So if you like aggressive staff, unsafe people/area, dirty rooms/property, and shady dealings this is your spot."
