Wohnung hat der Beschreibung entsprochen: sauber, gute Aufteilung, super Sicht auf Dünen, nah am Strand, sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr gute und immer prompte Reaktion vom VermieterImmer wieder sehr gern.

Sauber, modern und nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Ferienpark, der aus mehreren Wohneinheiten besteht; sie ist sehr gepflegt und darüber hinaus modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man als Familie benötigt - Bollerwagen und Spielesammlungen inklusive. Für uns war das "Highlight" die wirklich umfangreich und obendrein hochwertig ausgestattete Küche, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch Dinge wie Reinigungsmittel, Müllbeutel, Geschirrspüler Tabs, Kaffeefilter und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden - alles Dinge, die wir anderswo immer entweder selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen mussten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, da er immer innerhalb von kürzester Zeit antwortete und den Check-In so organisiert hatte, dass dieser am ersten Weihnachtstag reibungslos und unkompliziert verlief. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch den Vermieter können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Helle Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Dünen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, einfach unschlagbar ist die Lage, 5 Gehminuten vom Sandstrand entfernt. Die umliegenden Orte wie Westkapelle oder Zoutelande sind ebenfalls fussläufig zuzuzuzuzuzuzuzizuzuzzuereerreichen.

Zauberhaft

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt und die kurze Entfernung zum Strand (<5 Minuten) waren optimal. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt auf halber Strecke zum Strand, wo man auch die Frühstücksbrötchen holen konnte. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung V12 Obergeschoß

Lage perfekt zu Lebensmittelmarkt und Strand.Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Super WLAN.Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf die Dünen, war auch in dieser Westausrichtung sehr ruhig und erholsam. Nun zu den etwas negativen Aspekten: Da es sich hier um eine große Wohnanlage mit angrenzendem Spielplatz handelt war es in Ostausrichtung mit Kindergeschrei und Hundegebell auch in den Abendstunden sehr laut, zumal sich hier eines der drei Schlafzimmer befindet.Aber das wußten wir.Das größte Manko aber an dieser Ferienwohnung ist die fehlende Beschattung in Form von Markise oder Rollläden.Dadurch erhitzte sich die gesamte Wohnung auf teilweise 28 Grad was einen erholsamen Schlaf schier unmöglich machte.Hier sollte man Abhilfe schaffen.

Familienaufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und unmittelbar an Strand und Dünen angrenzend. Da wir mit 3 PKW anreisen mussten waren wir sehr froh das in dem Zeitraum ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung standen. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigte inklusive frischer Brötchen konnte in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft 7 Tage die Woche günstig eingekauft werden. Wir haben die Woche in Westkapelle sehr genossen!

Schöne FeWo nah am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, zu zweit hatten wir viel Platz. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bequem, zum Strandaufgang sind es ca. 500m zu Fuß- wir würden wieder kommen.

Große, schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt als letzte Wohnung des Wohnblocks in ruhiger Umgebung, mit tollem Blick auf die Dünen. Zum Strand und dem Dünengürtel sind es nur 300 m von der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche ist klein, aber ausreichend und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns in der Wh. sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Mit allem was man braucht. Optimale Lage für den Strandurlaub und Fahrradtouren. Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen.
