The bathrooms are all stocked with fresh towels and essentials like soap, shampoo, and conditioner - no need to overpack!

There is one bedroom on the lower level and another four on the upper level. Every bed is topped with a plush Helix mattress so you’re sure to get a fantastic sleep no matter which room you’re in. The bedroom on the main floor features a plush king-size bed, blackout shades, and a closet where you can store your belongings.

Take your relaxation to the next level in the second bedroom with a king-size bed, a 50" flat-screen Smart TV, and direct access to a private deck with a fire pit and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. This room has a private ensuite bathroom equipped with two sinks, heated floors, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in tile and glass shower.

The third and fourth bedroom features a king-size bed, a 43" flat-screen Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom on the upper level offers the perfect retreat after a day on the beach with a king-size bed, a 43" flat-screen Smart TV, and a large sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests. This room’s spacious private bathroom offers a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a refreshing rinse or a relaxing soak.

The fifth and final bedroom is the perfect space for kids and teenagers, with bean bag chairs and fun games to enjoy. This room is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a twin bed with a trundle. This room also has a 43” flat-screen Smart TV so the young members of the group can enjoy shows and movies while playing in their room.

In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, there is a half bath on the lower level conveniently located off of the main living spaces.

Create the perfect ambiance by turning on the gas fireplace and get a good playlist crooning from the Bluetooth Marshall speaker. There’s also a wall-mounted Smart TV, making this the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie or catch up on your favorite shows.

The adjacent sunroom boasts walls of windows that provide breathtaking views and gorgeous natural light throughout the day. This versatile room is great for enjoying coffee on cool mornings as you watch the sun come up, planning for another exciting day in Westport, storm-watching, or taking in a gorgeous sunset with a cocktail in hand.

The garage has been converted into a fun game room that the whole family is sure to love. Let your competitive side run wild as you challenge your friends to a game of ping pong or putt-putt, play on the pac man console or sink into the comfy bean bag chair as you watch the little ones play in the kids’ corner (complete with childrens’ books, a small table, and a variety of games and toys).

The garage houses all the beach gear you’ll need for a memorable day at the oceanside, including towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon to carry it all.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our beachfront property. Enjoy easy access to the sandy shores and ocean, located just a two-minute walk from the home. We provide all the essential beach gear you’ll need, including towels, toys, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to haul it all across the sand.

Back at home you can relax and rejuvenate in our private hot tub while taking in the stunning views of the sea. Take a break from the sun under the shaded lounge area, or fire up the grill and host a barbecue with your loved ones on the patio.

For even more breathtaking views, head up to the upper-level balcony off the second bedroom. This stunning space features a fire pit and seating options, perfect for taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings from sunrise to sunset.

Due to growth in the community, there may be nearby construction when you arrive. Unfortunately these situations are beyond our control. We will do our best to make your stay as memorable as possible,.
There is currently only one home being built in a community of 30 and the builders are aware of our guests and do what they can to minimize any disturbance. As can be seen by our history of 5 star reviews the past guests have overall been very comfortable and happy with their stay.
