This spacious place can accommodate up to 8 guests and two pets. This unit has a comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen. The central location makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the beaches, hiking, bird watching, surfing, clam digging, crabbing, fishing, kite-flying downtown, marina.

PET RULES: Maximum 2 dogs middle size and non-aggressive breed. Dogs should be claimed during the booking and paid $30 pet fee. (it includes 2 up to dogs) . Please, don't leave pets alone in the unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED to sit or lay on any FURNITURE like couches, chairs, or beds. Thank you!

A great place to stay for a girls' weekend while visiting the Mermaid Festival. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Feels like a home away from home.

Annual family ocean vacation was amazing! This home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable. The only complaints we could possibly come up with are : The beds are a little low for older folks, and the dining room table would be better if it seated 8 - BUT that's only if we were being real picky, which we aren't. We thought everything was great and will come back!

The house was very open, well lighted ans comfortable. We were surprised bythe great weather. We were expecting rain all weekend. Lots of local access to beaches.

Everything was great. The place felt homey and was conveniently situated. We enjoyed ourselves. One minor issue was that the duvets were too warm for the weather so all three of us sweated in bed and had to decide whether to sleep without a blanket or sweat all night.

This property was the perfect space for us, our friends, and our kiddos. Communication, check-in, and check-out were easy and quick. They even provided early check-in without us even asking! Updated, clean, and close to everything. We really enjoyed the park in walking distance! Great trip, will stay here again!

Great for what we needed!

The house was clean and functional for our purposes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and the house was close to the harbor where we needed to be. The hosts were responsive and understanding and worked with us on some of our scheduling conflicts. We would stay there again in the future.

Fishing trip

My wife and I, and a couple friends came down to go fishing for a couple days. Everyone was blown away by how spacious it was. It had plenty of room to sit around and talk about the day’s fishing. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group. I had a couple issues with booking (my fault), and the host were quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. Tom meals

Great place for stay very accommodating

Was a great experience for my family. It allowed all eight of us to get together for a fishing trip. We do not get the chance to see each other but once a year so was great to be able to stay in the same place.

We LOVED our stay here!! We rented both units and it was the perfect space to accommodate our large family. We planned a weekend at the ocean to celebrate several milestone birthdays and our group included all ages from 11 months to 61 years young. The units were clean, comfortable, newly updated and spacious. We enjoyed being so close to town - alot of the group went on bike rides down to the beach and we loved being able to cook dinner together in the kitchen. The foosball and pacman were great bonuses. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were huge! It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Bad location

Had to leave early, daughter got very sick. Stayed one day. Owner would NOT work with us for a partial refund, even though it was a Monday. They had all week to relist... Expensive for what we didnt get. Bad vibes, right off busy street. Not in a neighborhood, buisness sector duplex-ish. Inside was nice and mostly clean and updated. Some grass on side of building for dogs to potty. Will NOT be staying here again. Did get insurance in case of an emergency, now its a long drawn out process to submit a claim and try to get somthing back.
