"It was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel/motel. First of all, when I opened the door to my room, I was taken aback by what I saw: All drawers and doors of cabinets were open and pulled out. The cushions of sofa were strewn on the coffee table and the sofa. The room appeared not serviced for checking in. The floor was bare concrete, with stains of paint here and there. There was a closet for washer and dryer, but the washer and dryer didn't fit the closet well, so the door of the closet couldn't close. But if these were the only things, it would probably only make it on par with a cheap motel. What I realized after I returned the room after my dinner was that the room doesn't have a curtain that would block the light. It had a roll up shade that only partially block some light. But at night it became apparent to me that the shade was translucent: one can clearly see me in the room from the buildings next to me and the parking lot across the courtyard. This room had zero privacy. I went down to the front desk. The staff member on site said to me that all the rooms in the hotel is like this. I was shocked that any hotel would sell rooms with no privacy. She said facetiously that it felt different. Well, I don't have a perverse desire of letting public to see me getting naked to take a shower or working in my underwear. So I ask her to switch me to a room not facing to another building, she said there was no such room available, which I knew wasn't truthful."

"Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and it was a nice close location to tourist activities we were doing. I would recommend. "

"The room was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner stove top, and a dishwasher. We only saw 1 staff member when we checked in and did not encounter another one during our stay. There seemed to be plenty of parking."

"My wife and daughter stayed in a room that when taking a shower the water won’t drain. I the point that my daughter showered at her dorm and my wife had to do wipe off in the sink. Bought it to the attention of the front desk to have someone come and fix it or to move room. And she was told moving to another room would have the same problem without checking and he would place a work order for Monday. See that my wife flew in Wednesday and was leaving Saturday. So she had to deal with it the whole time!!! Unacceptable!!!!!"

"The only reason that this is not a one is that the staff seemed to be friendly when I spoke to them. Other than this, it was an unpleasant experience. There was a foul odor in the hallway the day we got in (Thursday 3/26/26.) It smelled like staleness mixed with mildew. I did notice that the A/C unit at the far end of our hallway on the second floor was unplugged, so that may have contributed to it. The room was obviously worn down with stains on the carpet, a constantly dripping sink in the bathroom, a bathroom door that would not lock, a small gap at the base of the door, a loose tub faucet, etc... Our door keys deactivated several times throughout the 3 day stay. On Saturday we saw that there was a new sign posted to the outside of the building stating that there was a tax lien on the building. This worried my youngest child, thinking that we were going to come back to the hotel to have all of our stuff gone. Lastly, not the fault of the hotel, but about 30 minutes before I checked out there was a power flash. The elevator doors opened and let us in, but the elevator would not move. We had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs (including my 2 bowling bags full of bowling balls.)"
