Great view of the water (if you get a water view), great repurposing of a warehouse, and the location is good too. Robotic parking garage is very modern. Airplane like bathroom and shower suction plumbing is loud. Use of keypad entry codes for rooms is needlessly complicated. Access to lobby and parking is cumbersome.

"This is a typical German guest house. It is family run. The desk is only open until 8 pm but check in can be arranged later if you make arrangements. It is an older property that has not been updated. That being said, the WI-FI was great. I did not see an elevator. A BIG bonus is free on site parking. ..."
