"Room was fab, very big and comfortable. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was DIABOLICAL!! If I could think of a worse word, I would use it. "

"This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. "

"The staff are great, but sorry to say the famous Granville standards have slipped. Our room was fine but the bathroom was poor, mould around the bath and a cheap ill fitted toilet seat let it down. The plumbing was noisy and the taps were hard to control, bearing in mind the water was very very hot. "
