"Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Easy to locate. Overall really nice hotel."

"​The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"Very friendly staff, beautiful property with even more beautiful surroundings. the room was clean and spacious, however a tad on the hot side. I haven't used the spa bu tthe rest of the hotel is mint."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. Check out receptionist this morning was lovely. "

"Tiny room , hard to find place for a medium size luggage , certainly not 20sqm, broken furniture. Poor signed posted, GPS send me to a dead end , poor breakfast certainly not what it looks like on the photos"
