Whale Sanctuary of El Vizcaino

The staff were very courteous. The room was dated the fold out had far exceeded its life cycle. Swim out room with the perfect view.

Would have been 5/5 but there was a glitch on their online check in which only checked in 1 person instead of 2 that was on the booking and having some issues on the actual hotel check in, thankfully the staff were very helpful and was able to resolve it in less than an hour.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like was how hard it was to get into the specialty restaurants on a first come first serve basis. We never got to eat at any of them because we were not willing to stand in the long lines
