Extras (water, coffee, adult beverages, etc.) were pricey, but the room itself was not - so on balance, a good value for a clean room, Starbucks quality food and beverage, and safe surroundings. "This hotel is an older property but has been well maintained and looks as though the rooms have had a recent renovation. Facilities and room where clean and well maintained. The Market area with snacks and drinks is across from the front desk and was well stocked. The setting of the hotel was really nice, it backs up to the Forest Akers West golf course and almost feels rural. About 3 miles from Grand River drive but a great value. Enjoyed my stay!"
