Greetings from nature. Welcome to your lakeside getaway on beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake in Galmey. Adventure or relaxation — you choose.
Nestled on a quiet lane, our location is thoughtfully designed for ease and comfort. Here you can embrace the joy of free time and connect with the great outdoors. This charming 3BR, 2BA home sits on an acre of land with hiking, fishing, and relaxing all around you.
Your backyard path leads straight to the lake — no crowds, no hassle. Enjoy sunset views from the spacious deck, morning coffee with lake breezes, or dinner under the stars.
Inside, you’ll find a light-filled, airy interior with mid-mod decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind. The home comfortably sleeps your entire group with three spacious bedrooms (2Q and 2F beds) and two full baths. It's fully air-conditioned for warm days and stocked with cozy blankets for cooler evenings. You’ll find everything you need, from fresh linens, beach towels, and a Blackstone griddle (propane provided), to truly settle in and enjoy.
Whether planning a peaceful family vacation, an overdue weekend with friends, or an extended stay to reconnect with nature, this home offers all the comforts without the crowds.
Private parking and scenic trails for an easy experience that offers both a sense of privacy and community. We welcome guests who appreciate lake life's calm, quiet charm, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy a more relaxed pace.
While you’ll be immersed in nature, you’ll also be near your neighbors, so please keep your music down so everyone can enjoy the peace. Book your stay and experience the magic of lakefront living, endless starry nights, and memories that will last a lifetime. Long-term stay is available.
Just so you know, you can bring a long, heavy-duty extension cord to charge your boat batteries from an external home outlet. There is space on the property to park a 20' (or so) boat, as long as it doesn't obstruct shared driveway access for my neighbors. There is easy access to the lake with a boat ramp located less than a mile away down Snowman Lane.
