"Overall, The Watermark Hotel provided a positive experience. This was my first stay at the property, and I found the room to be clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast met expectations. I did encounter two minor issues during my visit: Firstly, the HVAC system was problematic; although I turned off the thermostat upon arrival due to a cold room, the blower fan continued running nonstop, resulting in persistent noise that disrupted sleep. Secondly, the hair dryer was stored in a bag under the sink, secured with a knot that could not be easily undone. After attempting to untie it for fifteen minutes, I contacted the front desk, and housekeeping responded promptly with a new hair dryer. Even the staff member struggled with the knot and advised me to use the replacement hair dryer. These were the only notable inconveniences during my stay."

"We enjoyed our stay in Embassy Suits by Hilton, the location was convenient and was with walking distance to multiple sites like White House, Smithsonian museums, DC citi center,……. The rooms are capacious and clean.The breakfast is excellent with great options. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The Valet team are outstanding and professional. Hirut from the restaurant was welcoming, professional and lovely, she made our stay extra special. We will likely stay here again if visiting DC. "
