"Clean room"

"We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. When we arrived late on our check-in day, there was no one at the front desk. We waited in the lobby and called multiple times for about 25 minutes before anyone came out. We later found out the nighttime attendant had been asleep, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was great and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the lobby was noticeably dirty over the weekend and did not seem well maintained. We also had an issue with the blackout blind in our room being broken for our entire stay. We informed staff right away, but unfortunately it was never fixed. Overall, there were some positives, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing."

"The house is great, I love the layout. The kitchen is awesome, every gadget a cook could need.I didn't use the pool, too cold. Maybe next time. The hot tub is fantastic, you just have to reach out to the owner to turn the heater on.I can't say in words how much i enjoyed staying here!"

"The staff was great, but the furniture look old and questionable cleanliness, cabinets doors uneven could not close completely. Stove top showed signs of rust. The bath tube was gross nothing but a replacement would correct. Over all things looked aged and what upkeep was poor in the room. Attempts to repair and repair was obviously DYI as a contractor would not done a job like that or allowed."

"The location was great for our needs. The house is big and roomy. The kitchen is nice. I would suggest you bring/buy plastic wrap or containers for leftovers.There were some nice board games but I can’t say the pool table was in great shape.Over all we enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner was good!"
