Sleeping arrangements
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the townhouse features five bedrooms and nine beds across four levels. The upper-level primary bedroom overlooks the lounge and includes a king bed, TV, and ensuite with bathtub, shower, and heated rail. Two additional king bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, are found on lower floors, along with a twin bedroom that opens to a private deck. The fifth bedroom offers two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), ideal for families or groups. Six distinct bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for all.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen invites shared cooking and conversation, with a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, and wine fridge. A breakfast bar for three complements the adjoining dining table for ten, creating an inviting space for après-ski meals. Cooking basics are provided, and the layout ensures plenty of room for everyone to gather before or after mountain adventures.

Seasonal ski access is available via the Lower Olympic trail, which includes over 100 stairs and is best suited to adventurous skiers.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
