The condo was clean and a great size for our family of 5, the kitchen had eerything we needed. The location was better than we expected - easy walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurant options. The lodge staff were friendly and we appreciated the convenient ski gear storage service. Hassan was easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Everything you need!

Super nice little place with lots of fun touches! Loft upstairs is great, small kitchen space had everything we needed for our two night stay! Everything including the location was perfect.

Great location

The apartment was as advertised and the location was awesome. The owner is very responsive and great to deal with. We particularly enjoyed the ski valet, the pool/hot tub and the proximity to the Blackcomb Gondola. The overall building is tired and we were not impressed with the garbage and vomit on the floors in the hallways…

Lovely unit and very accommodating owner

We had to find a unit to stay in last minute when our other VRBO suddenly had a hot water tank flood. Hassan very kindly agreed to let us bring our dog even though she is a bit bigger than his policy states. He was a life saver for sure. The unit is well appointed and over looks the pool. Would stay there again!

Nice stay for ski

Very close to the gondonla. Room and location are great. I lost my ski poles in the storage room. Maybe it is because the poles are new. Be careful when using the public storage room

Glacier At Whistler

Location is what it’s all about for this condo. It was nothing fancy but for the price was just fine. Thermostat was broken and some furniture worn. Entry bench looked like it was eaten by a dog at the corner. Kitchen not well supplied.

Glacier lodge

Would have been nice if we were notified earlier of no pool no bbq and no hot tub. We brought up food to bbq but were unaware there was no bbq. We brought our bathing suits to go in pool and hot tub. There was nothing on Vrbo that let us no about this. The jack hammering started at 8am every day you could not hear the tv or people talking in the room as everything was shaking

A Wonderful Wedding anniversary

A big thank you to our host Hassan, We came for our Wedding anniversary, we were greeted with a Bottle of Wine to start our romantic stay. The apartment is as described, a short walk from the village, shops and restaurants not that we were going anywhere. Everything we needed was here, pool, hot tubs, ski storage and valet service to the slopes a hop skip and a jump away. We had a great time and will be back next year.

Nice condo in a great location

Beautifully renovated condo in the very convenient Glacier Lodge in the Upper Village. It does have beds and plenty of bedding for 6 people with 2 twin beds in the loft (visual but not auditory closure to the main room), a queen-sized sofa bed and two full bathrooms. More expensive than other, similar layouts, but aesthetically pleasing and nicely updated with full kitchen

SLEEPER COUCH NOT USEABLE

The property was excellent however the sleeper couch is very inadequate. We opened it into a bed and noticed that it will not lie flat. It rests at a head low/feet high angle. It is not a satisfactory bed and barely a satisfactory couch. The sleeper couch should be replaced and certainly not listed as a bed.

Not as described

This VRBO was not as advertised: - it was advertised as having air conditioning. It has a stand alone unit that is not portable and only cools the sitting area and part of the kitchen. The bedroom isn’t air conditioned and nor is the loft. This is a challenge during summer months. Had it been as advertised there wouldn’t have been a problem. - it was advertised as having laundry (important for two children and two adults for three nights). It did not have laundry. - there are a meaningful number of additional charges that were either unexpected or greater than expected including: parking and a service booking fee. This being said the place is clean and in a good location. But in our view two rooms at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler would have been a better value for money in the same area.
