"Check in was a bit slow as desk was not attended. Once manager came back - check in was quick/easy. Manager upgraded room, which was appreciated. Room was very nice! AC filters were not well maintained so I cleaned all four out for us and them. Would provide a picture of all the dirt that came out, but I don't see that option here. Pointed this out to Manager as well. Manager left the dirt pile in the hallway for the maids to clean up in the morning? Went to pool and it had a lot of Algae in it, I have a pool myself so know the signs of subpar maintenance. Mentioned that to Manager too, not that he could do much at that time. Breakfast was above the average continental style as it had hot meal items and eggs. Chocolate milk was a nice touch too. Property seemed safe and was quiet, except car alarm going off at 1:30 am. I would stay there again, especially if I didn't want a clean pool for a kid to play in."
