"Hotel was in “okay” condition. Had to switch rooms because they shut off the water for maintenance on our floor the night before our last day. Wasn’t given much notice either outside of a note left at our door the day prior. "

"The room was clean and the majority of the staff provided good service. There were so cosmetic issues with the property and the elevators were a little concerning. Given it was a busy weekend the hotel was sold out, which lead to lukewarm showers and lots of slamming doors. Take screenshots of quoted prices and options selected on Expedia. My total was more than $100 higher and I was charged prior to my arrival but could not “prove” my claims."

"We have stayed at this hotel on two other occasions and I was really hoping for a good experience. The staff was fantastic -- no problems there. This location is due for an upgrade and the rooms greatly reflect this need. We were in room 144 and upon arrival, there were ants along the back of the desk and climbing up the wall. Upon further inspection, I noticed a LOT of crumbs behind the desk where the television is. Both the sink and bathroom drain were slow and needed to be unclogged. The shower had pink and gray grime around the crevices and fixtures. There is no exhaust fan in the shower portion of the bathroom so it gets hot and steamy with nowhere for the steam to go. The towels were stained and in poor shape. The sheets did not fit the bed and only a top sheet and a thin blanket were provided instead of a comforter or other substantial bedding that you would find at other Courtyards. The lamp on the desk was rusted. Half of the room was painted and you could see the transition line from one color to the next along the wall and no, it was not an interior design choice. It looked like money ran out so they stopped painting. The wall paper in the sink area was badly discolored so it appeared as if there was mildew there. I don't know if it was actually mildew because I didn't touch it, but regardless, it either needed to be wiped down or replaced. I am quite disappointed. "
