Quiet, cozy getaway

I was in the White Lake area visiting family and this house was in the perfect location. It had everything we needed, from snacks, kitchen items and a lovely yard. A very peaceful neighborhood but convenient to anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Met all needs

House is in the perfect location only a few minutes from my daughter’s house. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood . Only issue is that the water is awful. Bring bottled water.

Just what we needed for visiting family in White Lake who didn't have enough room for everyone. It was clean and cozy. Reminds me of a flip we bought for our daughter - older house but well furnished and cared for.

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for our weekend away! The check in process was super easy and the host has cute little notes and extras. The garen outside was beautiful and you could tell the house was well taken care of! The place was clean and felt like home. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for something closer to Highland than hotels in Brighton or Wixom. This fit the bill perfectly. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the yard very well kept. Gina was great and answered promptly.

Great property with an excellent host

I rented this for a weekend, because we had a wedding at Indian Springs Metro Park. The place was clean, well equipped and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was phenomenal. The location was only 2 miles from Indian Springs Metro Park entrance, a quarter mile from the White Lake Inn in a quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts for an awesome experience.

Home was older, neat, clean and tidy. Smelled of mold, of which i have a big allergy. Mold was seen in window sills. Neighbor was nosey, and made verbal comments to my son. Property manager was very nice and reached out often.

Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at Gina’s the area is quiet and great for walking. We ate at City Burger and it was delicious. There are many options locally to eat at. The home is as described but no hot tub. It is an old house so if you expect brand new, it is not. We loved the coziness and spaciousness. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. But I am a clean freak and have high standards. We were close enough to see concerts at Pine Knob and go to a Detroit Tiger ballgame. We loved having the space to ourselves. We would definitely stay again.

Great quiet location

Loved the quiet location of the rental. The layout of the place was great. Working with Gina was a breeze! We did have some water issues due to recent storms in that area but was quickly remedied. Our only suggestions would be to do a deep cleaning throughout the home especially in bathtub, fridge, and kitchen sink. After arriving we quickly learned the home has well water and the metals in the water may affect appearance of fixtures and tub, not sure. But if tub could be resurfaced would be good. Wasn't enough towels to have a fresh one each day for all of us, extras would be nice to have on hand. Having more hooks and places to hang clothes, bath towels, hand towel in bathroom would also be helpful. Overall it was not bad, but could use some updating to freshen up some areas. Thank you and hope these comments are received well 😊

Perfect spot when visiting friends and family on White Lake

This cute little house was exactly what we needed. A great place to rest our heads while being close to family and friends on the lake. Highly recommend! The snacks and water were appreciated!!
