"The cabin is very nice and was clean inside, though the yard did have some random trash scattered around. Overall we loved the vibe and found the kitchen to be well stocked and the bedrooms and the bathroom very nice. As others have said, lake access wasn’t accurately described in the listing. We didn’t know we had to pay to access the lake via walking 15 mins or driving 5 mins to White Lake State Park. The listing should include this information. The lake is beautiful and we loved hanging out there, and we enjoyed local hiking and sightseeing. Other than the missing lake info issue, we were very happy with the cabin and enjoyed our stay. John was very responsive to a couple of questions we had."

"My family and our friends had a fantastic stay at this home in the Chocorua Ski and Beach community. Kirsten was incredibly responsive ahead of our stay at her home. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the back deck with large table for outdoor dining. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils/cookware and paper products we needed. We would love to stay again in the future."

"The community and location were wonderful. The beautiful nature and easy access to hikes and lakes was exactly what we were looking for! The house itself overall is good. The first floor living area is done very well. The bedrooms are fine. The lighting is a bit too dark and there are no mirrors upstairs. The bathrooms on both floors need a bit more TLC. The work that was clearly put into the rest of the house is just not there yet with the bathrooms. The outdoor shower is wonderful and that’s where we showered most of the time instead of the indoor ones. Additionally, although it said that only basic soaps were provided, I felt that not having shampoo and body wash is just a small thing that could make the experience better. The same goes for coffee and sugar. Simple little things that could make the house a 5."
