"The A/C in our room was not working properly. Changing the thermostat did not help. Our stay was only for one night, so it was late in the evening when we arrived back at the hotel and noticed the temperature in the room was not being impacted by the A/C in the room. It was so late, and we were departing in the morning, so we waited to mention the issue until checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was very well maintained, and our accommodations were excellent with the only issue being the A/C."

"The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and our room was relatively quiet (at the end of a hall) so it was a good night's sleep! The area is very convenient too. There were a few spots of peeling paint but it was a good value for the price we paid."

"It was a decent one night stay on the way down south. For the price there were no serious complaints. Didn’t notice any riff raff. The carpet was damp but that might be from the humidity. Everything worked, the shower was great and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was light but available. The coffee was good. The front desk folks are amazing. There is a sweet Chinese buffet across the street and a biscuitville on the side."

"We were in town for a four day swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, this was a very convenient location. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The game room looked great, we didn’t have time to use it this time. Backyard is also nicely set up to enjoy some time outside. We’ll definitely check for this one next time we’re in town for a meet!"

"I rented this bungalow while visiting Greensboro, NC to take my son to New Student Orientation at NC A&T, and it was an amazing stay. The bungalow was very cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication, responding quickly and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, and it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Greensboro area."
