"Room and facility clean. Breakfast options good. Bed very comfy. Hot water cannister not working for tea in lobby. Refilled and pump part not working. Shower drain backed up, flooded at feet over ankles. Pool only opens at 2 pm! Most staff very nice."

"The room was pretty BUT the air didn't work and it got up to 87! Called for maintenance twice before they arrived and it still would not pump out cold air. It was cooking in there! Plus I saw another room had water flooding out the door! Looks like it came up from the lamenent flooring."
