It's like staying in your own home/apartment. It's a beautiful building with great amenities, nice people who live here with their kids and dogs, etc. So much more spacious, clean, comfortable than a hotel.

If this option is available in the city you are traveling to, take it! You get a home-y, modern APARTMENT with space, rather than a tiny, old hotel room. I always search Global Luxury Suites before searching anything else.

Fantastic

I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates with you regularly and gives you good information for a contactless check-in and check-out. The only detraction is the thin walls. It was very difficult for me to sleep because of the noise in the surrounding units. Dogs barking, TVs blaring, kids screaming, etc. I turned on some white noise and was fine, but just be aware that there's a lot of commotion in the surrounding units.

Overall the property is okay. But furniture quality was very poor. The bed was not very sturdy and the sofa was very small and adult could barely fit on it. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They gave us a moldy shower curtain liner and there was no where to put your soap or shampoo in the shower. The bathroom only had one towel hanger. However the appliances were good. The location is good because it is close to the train and malls. There was no customer service onsite and when I asked for an extra blanket I had to wait for the next day to get it.

First day i got there the only one lady at the “front desk”completely ignore me by pretending she didn’t work there, unfortunately for her I stayed at the lobby longer that she had anticipated and had no option but to move behind the desk and ask me “if I needed help” I found that very disrespectful, after that day I never saw her again and for most my stay the staff was ok.

The property is very run-down. Furniture is old and falling apart. A/C doesn’t work well. You share the building with other tenants who live there and it’s been over-used. One day a dog had gone to the bathroom in the elevator. Another day, a different dog had used the bathroom outside the elevator and it was smashed all over the ground. When I asked the doorman, he said he notified maintenance but wasn’t sure when it would be cleaned up. We won’t stay here again.

We stayed here a year and a half-ago and it was a nice place. I’m not sure what’s happened, but the place is so run down. Blood on the sheets, the kitchen chair has leather that’s ripped and falling off. The rugs are dirty and the decorative pillows are old and well-used. The walls and banged up and scratched everywhere from too much use. I would not stay here again. Someone spilled raspberries on the lobby floor (maybe from their groceries being carried in) and they’ve been there for a full-day smashed all over and no one to clean them up. One of the elevators had pee in the corner of it when we used it tonight.

Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below acceptable standards. Would not recommend.

Called multiple times never got an answer. Was no keyfob in the room so i wasnt able to enjoy any of the other Amenities. As others have stated shower drain did not work so it took forever for water to go down. Pullout sofa bed was broken my toddler fell through it and got a long scratch on his back…when turning on the oven it had a burnt smell to it. Also Tried to charge me twice for parking Would never stay here again

The customer service reps were absolutely horrible!! The check-in process was frustrating. There was no wi-fi until the last night - wrong password sent via email. The apartment was in a nice location but broken/missing items. My suggestion (since I almost exclusively book through Expedia) is to not use this company! EVER!!

The property is fairly new but not maintained well. The shower drain does not drain. By the time someone finished showering the tub is half full already. The next person to shower would need to wait 10-15 minutes for all the water to drain unless the next person wants to bathe in the water that pooled. The toaster and the coffee maker are not working. The reason we rented this place is because we want to have breakfast in the property. Unfortunately, this property is not worth the money we paid for. We contacted the property manager but nothing materialized.

This is our 6th time staying at this property, but we've made the decision to never come back. The only reason for us to stay at this property is the location. It is 5 min walk to a train station, but other than that, it is not a good property. The unit is falling a part (the shower drain was completely clogged/ towel rack was broken/ sink was almost detached from the counter top). We addressed all these issue on the check-in day (Sunday) and the issues were address by Wednesday. We were shocked that they actually sent people to fix any issues as in the past they never really communicate with customers great. If you are considering this property for location, maybe, but you will always have "unknown" with the check-in / units... I won't comeback.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay for several reasons. First, the unit came with only one FOB, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the appliances were subpar—specifically, the toaster did not work. The apartment also had an unpleasant smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. The check-in process was especially frustrating. Getting the apartment code was a nightmare, and I was forced to spend the weekend in a hotel due to the delays. Given these issues, I cannot say I was a happy customer. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that future guests won’t face similar difficulties
