Overall a nice experience. On time Airport shuttle really helped.

Large, extremely clean king room. decent amount of parking with EV.Great having a microwave & fridge in the room which isn’t always available in a lot of hotels. Now here’s where I’m being brutally honest.The AC unit was really loud and it was either freezing cold or really hot.I asked for a blanket and it had holes & crusty stains on it. The toilet would randomly run.Could hear neighbors clearly from bathroom, cracks in the walls and ceilings made it look a little run down. My door wouldn’t self close unless held all the way open to slam shut so I had to go back a few times just to double check it. I had trouble getting in the door with my key. Sometimes it worked on the first try. Most times it took 3-5 swipes. The breakfast was okay. Nothing great. Cereals in self dispense canisters, reheated frozen sandwiches, pastries & donuts that were cold and not fresh, another day there were scrambled eggs and sausage, another mini omelette which were just hard scrambled egg with cheese on them. The coffee which is offered 24/7 (they always ran out of lids though) was really great. If rooms were in the $100-130 a night range I would have given this 5 stars but even though I thought I got a good deal at $190 (late Sept rate) compared to the $200+ a night rates I found elsewhere for this hotel, I would be very disappointed for that price. I just checked prices on the hotel site and my king room is $201 a night plus taxes. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a luxury hotel either.

Overall, the Hilton Parsippany is a nice place to stay with good amenities. The front desk staff is polite and prompt in responding to questions. There is an attractive lobby with a convenience store, café/bar, Ruth Chris Steakhouse and comfortable lounge seating and meeting spaces. The gym is well equipped with weights, treadmills, ellipticals and a couple Peletons. There is an indoor pool that is open, and the outdoor pool was closed (typical in the fall/winter). The Spa was not open. Our room was generally comfortable with nice beds and linens, a fridge, and a comfy built-in sofa that abuts the window-side of the room. The only thing I would say could be improved was the air conditioner. It seemed as though one side of the room did not get enough circulation. Although, in the fall it was not a concern. This hotel has a multitude of good restaurants close by (Seasons 52, Capital Grille, Miller’s Ale House) as well as Starbucks, Walgreens etc. I would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and pleasant to stay at food. Options were really good. Definitely would stay here again with the family or for business.

Not very friendly at check in or out. Charged for parking when it was included. It was refunded after I pointed it out on my bill. Dutches restaurant was over priced and food was not very good. Towels felt like sandpaper and room was very loud! Could hear everything from neighbor next door and every other door slamming and shower taken etc. Maid service woke us up knocking next morning early when check out wasn't until 12. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very big.
