"We stayed in The Cabin, which is a large converted pottery studio with a beautiful interior. Two king beds and very roomy. It was a beautiful interior with lots of amenities, such as a refrigerator, (no freezer). Lots a windows with a huge outdoor patio area. The location is fine. Note that Cashiers is a one light town. There is a fairly large grocery store about 5 miles away. You drive most anywhere you need to go. Very nice restaurants nearby. The brewery that is next door is a fun place to eat. The staff is very helpful."
Nestledown - Peaceful Mountain Retreat!

"My wife and I spent a wonderful time in mid-August at Nestledown. A few days before we arrived the host called us and provided detailed directions to the house from Highlands. The location is so convenient between Highlands and Cashiers and is an easy drive to other towns in the area. Nestledown is on a small private road surrounded with dense woods filled with rhododendron. We found everything one could need and in immaculate condition. We certainly hope to return."

"it was the bottom half of almost a tiny home. There was one Queen band that was super comfortable but very squeaky. I’m sure a lot of honeymooners go there lol. We spent most of our time outside on the back patio because it was just stunning listening to nature."

"This is a fantastic property just 12 min from town center Cashiers and a hop skip and a jump from High Hampton. The views are magnificent and the owners are very guest friendly - restocking is simply a courtesy, not a mandate and most everything is included. The property offers some great trails and other outdoor amenities. Overall an excellent value to other properties in the area without sacrificing experience. Owners are kind, accommodative and responsive."
