Place all towels in basket when leaving by Washer Dryer, leave beds unmade, wash all dishes, pots &where you found them!
Strictly Prohibited! No Charcoal Grilling inside of the House!! Please remove Pet Waste in the Yard! Put Deck Furniture back in proper place.

Wonderful Hostess

Very nice property. Older but well appointed. Accommodates quite a few people comfortably. Wonderful outdoor deck for entertaining. The drive access is challenging. Otherwise an excellent choice for this area on Lake Whitney,

Great place to say and have family fun with your grandkids.

We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and could cook easily at anytime when they were hungry. We would highly recommend this place to other people.

Family trip

We enjoyed our short stay at the Home away from Home. Left a day early due to weather. The views of the sunset from the deck are amazing! The deck is really a great place to hang out and relax. Walking down to the water is a hike but the water in the cove is deep and a fine swimming spot.

The back deck had more than enough chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. We had a really relaxed Thanksgiving, with plenty of room for our large family.

Boys Trip Lake House

Great times had here! It’s perfect for a boys getaway, with a great view of the lake, and a chill porch. The drive up is a bit sketch, but it’s a great place to stay for a no frills lake trip.

My kids begged to stay longer

The house was clean and had everything you would need. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Even though the hike down to the lake was pretty rough, we LOVED having our own little private lake access. The road to the driveway is very steep and broken on both sides, don’t drive your car if it’s lowered like my husband did lol. We also loved the master suite!

We had a great time. The house had an excellent view and clean. We enjoyed the wooden deck in the backyard and the sun room. It was very nice of Barbara to offer us a free night because of the bad weather / Tornado warning on the day of our exit.

GREAT WEEKEND FOR 50TH BIRTHDAY

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR US. Has cramped streets with low trees and difficult driveway but other than that was nice and close to the boat launch. Nice lake. Great communication.

Awesome Lake Getaway

This house provided such a comfort for my family and I. The house had everything you could have needed- full stocked kitchen, lots of room and beds, and an amazing view of the lake. We spent most of out time out on the deck enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, which and more than enough chairs and tables too. We would totally come back for another trip!! Thank you!
