"Overall, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed our stay! The only downside was a bit of confusion at check-in. I booked a room through Expedia for a specific rate, but upon arrival, I was charged more. The receptionist mentioned it was for a room upgrade since our original choice was unavailable, but the room we received looked exactly like the one we initially booked. It left us a bit disappointed regarding the pricing transparency, but the stay itself was otherwise lovely."

"Hotel was great to stay in but Hotels.com has put up false advertising as it showed the hotel had a hot tub and it did not. That was the reason I booked at this hotel. The staff was great about it and were willing to upgrade the room at no extra cost due to the fact of Hotels.com false advertising."
