Good hotel, always stop here

Staff are nice, bar and social areas are great with TVs, relaxing sofas, pool, darts and shuffleboard. Great location for O2 academy and underground parking is a big win

Nice location and the drinks in the room fridge is a really nice touch. Good value for money. However, even though the rooms are clearly available, you'll be made to wait until 1500h to check in. No compromise at all. If you are up before 0800h then ideal as very quiet at night. At 0800h the fire doors are wedged open and the doors start slamming as the cleaners start their day. Not ideal if you are on holiday and want an extended rest. But overall very good.

Lovely boutique hotel. Tasteful rooms and common areas. Nice pub next door where breakfast is served.

Booked a Deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. Disappointed there was no fridge or safe in the room, but there was plenty of coffee/tea options (as with all hotels not enough milk) and biscuits/chocolates. Shower was big and water pressure good with plenty of hot water. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many restaurants & cafes nearby. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. The staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and polite. Received a discount when parking at B4 car park about a 5 minute walk away. We would stay again if in Birmingham.
