The bed linen had numerous tears and holes even in the pillowcases. The one day out of the four days we stayed there had housekeeping clean our room. All they did was make the bed and throw the trash. They actually left one of the pillows on top of the dresser. The mirror was dirty.They didn’t give us any extra toilet paper so the next day my husband had to call down and ask for toilet paper. And it was an AI service nobody ever came after over an hour. He called back again and stress the urgency of needing toilet paper So then about 15 to 20 minutes later, somebody ran up toilet paper. Hated the elevators cause you never knew which ones were gonna take you where easy to get lost We absolutely loved the Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Food was amazing. Drinks were phenomenal. The location of the property was great because we had so many different choices.

Pool was closed which was sad, but location was perfect, staff was all super friendly and so helpful!

I cannot believe I never did a review for this from when me and my now husband eloped in Vegas and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria! Better late than never I guess! We actually stayed the week of July 19, 2023 and unfortunately they were undergoing renovations so that was an little inconvenient because whenever we left our room, we couldn’t just take the elevator right down and out. We had to take 1 elevator down and then walk all the way through the hotel to get to the exit. LOTS of walking through the hotel. Other than that, our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is GORGEOUS, our room was GORGEOUS!! The bathroom was so cool, all of the shampoo, conditioner, bath salts and all that was top of line quality ans smelled amazing! I took several baths that week and practically used up all the bath salts, everything was so nice! They knew we had come to Vegas to elope and the hotel sent us this beautiful gift of a bottle of wine and a beautiful wine bottle of extravagant bath salts and dried flowers in it and some other goodies and it was just so sweet of them. I really appreciated that so much. Great hotel and staff! A++++++++++++ They had this little restaurant in the hotel where we would get these amazing berry flaky triangle things I cannot for my life think of what they are called LOL but everything from start to finish was amazing at the Waldorf Astoria except for the renovations but I if we ever go back to Vegas, we will definitely stay at the Waldorf!
